Oven-Baked Pork Kebabs with Lemon and Onion
No hassles — the main thing is to choose good meat! Pork skewers with lemon and onions can be cooked in the oven and served for a regular lunch or holiday dinner. This is very convenient — we marinated it for 2-3 hours (more is possible), an hour before the guests arrived, we skewered it and set it to bake.
