Basic:

Onion 2 pc
Salt to taste
Wheat flour 0.25 tbsp
Water 300 ml
Pepper to taste
Rice 150 g
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Carrot 1 pc
Minced meat 500 g
Chicken eggs 1 pc

We prepare the necessary products.

Peel the onion, cut it, fry it in a frying pan. Remove the onion from the stove.

Peel the carrots, grate them on a coarse grater, and fry them.

Add onion to carrots, fry together, remove from heat.

Knead the minced meat.

Wash the rice until the water is clear and add to the minced meat.
