Wheat flour 80 g
Eggs (large) 1 pc
Sour cream 3 tbsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Pork (pulp) 500 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make pork in egg and flour? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Pork pulp is suitable from tenderloin, ham, neck, carb.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse the piece of pork and pat dry with paper towels. Then cut into thin slices no more than 1 cm thick. I already had slices of ham. In total you get 4-5 slices. Cover the pork slices with cling film or a bag and beat with a hammer, trying to maintain the integrity of the meat. Tip: if you cut a slightly frozen piece of meat into slices, the cutting will be smoother.

Step 3

Step 3
Season the slices with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Step 4
Then pour sour cream over the pork so that the slices are covered on all sides and leave to marinate at room temperature for 1 hour, and if possible longer, in the refrigerator. In general, the longer the meat is marinated, the juicier it will end up.

Step 5

Step 5
In a bowl, beat the egg with a pinch of salt. If the egg is small and you see that it may not be enough for all the meat, then add another egg, or dilute 2 tbsp. l. milk.

Step 6

Step 6
Sift the flour and pour into a plate.

Step 7

Step 7
First dip the chops on all sides into the egg.

Step 8

Step 8
Then roll in flour on all sides. Shake off excess flour to prevent it from burning in the pan. If desired, you can dip the chops in the beaten egg again. I did it this way, and I can say that if you dip the chops in the egg twice, they turn out tastier.

Step 9

Step 9
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the prepared meat and fry the chops on both sides for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. If the chops are not ready yet, reduce the heat to low and cook until done.

Step 10

Step 10
Serve the finished chops hot. Boiled potatoes, rice, buckwheat, pasta and fresh vegetable salad are suitable as a side dish. Bon appetit!
