Mayonnaise 2 tbsp

How to make Albanian meat from pork? Prepare your ingredients. To prepare Albanian pork meat, we will need: 400 g of pork pulp; 2 eggs; 1 clove of garlic; 2 tbsp. l. starch; 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise; ground black pepper and salt to taste.

Wash the pork thoroughly and dry with paper towels. Cut the meat into small cubes.

Place the diced pork in a deep bowl. Add eggs, pressed garlic, mayonnaise, starch. Salt and pepper the mixture.
