Soy sauce 1 tsp

How to bake salmon steak in the oven? Take the products from the list. You can use any vegetable oil. Also select spices to suit your taste; you can use special dry mixtures for fish. However, I do not recommend taking strongly aromatic ones such as bay leaves, so as not to overwhelm the aroma of the fish. By the way, about the fish: it can be any red fish, not just salmon.

Wash the salmon steak and dry with napkins. Remove the skin and scales from the steak; this is simpler and easier than peeling it off, especially since it will remove the layer of subcutaneous fat. It’s also better to cut off the fatty edge of the abdomen; we don’t need excess fat.

Pour lemon juice over the steak, squeezing it from a fresh lemon. Season the fish with coarse salt.
