bitter chocolate 100 g
Cocoa 2 tsp
Eggs 2 pc
Baking powder 5 g
Powdered sugar 50 g

Melt chocolate and butter in a water bath.

Beat eggs with powdered sugar.

Add flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa. Mix.

Fold the beaten eggs into the chocolate mixture. Mix well.

Grease baking dishes with butter. Fill them 2/3 with the resulting mass and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes. If you reduce the time to 5-7 minutes, you will end up with cupcakes with a liquid center (fondant).
