Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make cottage cheese casserole with semolina, raisins and almonds in a slow cooker? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Rub especially grainy and dry cottage cheese through a sieve or in another way. If it is not grainy, you can mash it with a fork.

Step 2

Step 2
Add sugar little by little and grind these two components. At this point, the cottage cheese will acquire an even softer structure.

Step 3

Step 3
Add eggs and mix with the resulting mass in a convenient way. Right down to the whisk or mixer.

Step 4

Step 4
Place the raisins in the bowl with the dough. You can simply wash and dry it, or you can pre-soak it.

Step 5

Step 5
If you have walnuts, chop them into small pieces and fry them in a frying pan. I had already prepared, crushed almonds. I added it to the raisins.

Step 6

Step 6
Mix everything and add semolina to the resulting mass. Stir everything again.

Step 7

Step 7
Add starch. Thanks to it, the cottage cheese casserole will keep its shape.

Step 8

Step 8
Now the final touch — salt the dough to taste and, having greased the multicooker bowl with oil, pour the dough into it. If desired, you can line the bottom of the bowl with parchment.

Step 9

Step 9
All that remains is to set the “baking” mode and wait an hour. Do not remove the finished casserole immediately, but after 15-20 minutes. Decorate to your taste. This could be icing, coconut flakes, powdered sugar, nuts, etc. Bon appetit!
