How to make pizza with sausages and cheese in the oven? Start cooking by kneading the dough — it will need to stand. Prepare food for him. This recipe is made with instant yeast. For other types, the kneading method will be different. Instead of olive oil, you can use any vegetable oil.

How to make pizza dough? Take a bowl and sift the flour into it. By doing this you will not only remove possible debris, but also saturate it with oxygen, which will make the baked goods more fluffy and tastier.

Add sugar, salt and dry yeast to the flour. Mix dry ingredients well.

Heat the water in the microwave (or on the stove) until warm. Not hot, but warm — high temperature will kill living organisms, such as yeast. The optimal temperature for activating yeast is 37-38 degrees. Pour oil into the water.
