Jam (It’s better to take apricot or peach) 6 tbsp

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Cut the apples in half, remove the core and cut into thin slices. The peel should be left, it will give a beautiful color. Place the apples in a frying pan, add 4 tablespoons of sugar and caramelize for 5 minutes. Place the defrosted yeast-free puff pastry on the table surface and cut lengthwise into 6 identical strips approximately 5 cm wide.

Step 2

Step 2
Take one strip of dough and spread apricot or peach jam on it. Place the caramelized apples on top of the dough, allowing them to overhang the top edge slightly.

Step 3

Step 3
Fold the bottom of the dough and roll the strip into a tight roll.

Step 4

Step 4
Sprinkle the resulting rolls with powdered sugar, place on a baking sheet and place in the oven. Roses should be baked at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. If after this time the roses are not browned, increase the oven temperature to 220 degrees and bake for another 5 minutes.
