How to make cheese buns in the oven? Prepare your food. Any cheese is suitable for this dish — hard, semi-hard, soft, like mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes, and melts well.

Mix yeast, salt, sugar, warm milk and water. The liquid in which the yeast is diluted should be pleasant to the touch, not higher than 40 degrees. Why is it important? In a warm environment, yeast activates well, in a hot environment it will die, and in a cold environment it simply does not work.

Add half the flour, stir. It is important to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen. Then the baked goods will turn out airy and rise well during baking.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
