Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 5 tbsp
Wheat flour 3 cup
Cereals 1.5 cup
Butter 50 g
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Soda 1 tsp
Sunflower seeds 2 tbsp
Kefir 300 ml
Buckwheat flour 1.5 tbsp
