Milk 3 tbsp

Add flour and soda (so that the taste of soda is not felt in the cake, quench it with a teaspoon of lemon juice directly above the dough) mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Depending on its quality and properties, you may need a little less or more flour. The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream.

Grease a cup with oil and pour the dough into it. Choose a ceramic cup suitable for heating in the microwave.

Place the cup in the microwave for 3-5 minutes at maximum power (it took me 4 minutes, here you need to adapt to your microwave), you can check the readiness with a toothpick, place it in the cupcake — if the toothpick is dry, the cupcake is ready. After this time, take out the cup, be careful, it will be hot, it is better to use an oven mitt. The cake can be eaten directly from the cup, or you can remove it by simply turning it over, let the cake cool and cut.
