How to make a raisin cake in a bread machine? Prepare your food. Remove the eggs and butter from the refrigerator in advance to allow them to warm to room temperature. The butter should become soft. Choose seedless raisins. In addition to raisins, you can add candied fruits, nuts and lemon zest.

In the meantime, move on to other products. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add sugar, salt and a pinch of vanillin. Instead of vanillin, you can take vanilla sugar, add a teaspoon of it. Salt is needed to balance and enrich the taste of the cake. Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer at high speed until fluffy and light. Wash the eggs first with food grade detergent, as there may be harmful bacteria on the shells.
