Wheat flour 150 g
Eggs 1 pc
Sour cream 200 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Powdered sugar to taste

Peel the tangerines, cut them in half, and carefully remove the seeds without damaging the surface too much.

Place cut side down in a silicone muffin tin. The main secret of success is to ensure that the diameter of the tangerines matches the diameter of the bottom of the molds as much as possible.

Pour the raw dough over the tangerines, about 2 tbsp. l., there is no need to pour too much, because... The cupcakes will rise while baking. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25 minutes until dry.
