Salt to taste
Sugar 1.5 tsp
Wheat flour 200 g
Eggs 2 pc
Green onions 30 g
Vegetable oil (for frying) 4 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Sausages 2 pc
Kefir (2.5%) 250 ml

Preparing the dough: Sift flour with baking powder into a deep container. Break the eggs there, add salt, sugar and kefir. Mix everything thoroughly and vigorously so that there are no lumps. The dough should be thick and flow slowly. If there is too much flour, the pancakes will turn out dense.

Wash the onion and chop finely. Cut the sausages into small cubes.

Add onions and sausages to the dough and mix. Taste salt and sugar. The dough should not be fresh. If necessary, correct it.

Fry the pancakes in a hot frying pan in vegetable oil, you can mix it with butter.
