Basic:

Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar (50g-dough 10g-topping 50g-sour cream filling) 110 g
Wheat flour 3 cup
Butter 110 g
Milk 120 ml
Sour cream 150 g
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp

Prepare the dough: mix yeast, 20g of sugar and a tablespoon of flour in a bowl, pour in heated (microwave-safe) milk, mix, leave for 15 minutes until the yeast swells. Melt the butter, cool. Beat the egg into a bowl with the dough, pour in the melted butter, add sugar (30g), salt, stir until the sugar dissolves. Pour in the sifted flour, do this in batches, add if necessary, knead the dough.

The result is an elastic dough that slightly sticks to your hands. Put it back in the bowl and put it in a warm place to rise for 1.5 hours. Knead it and let it rise again. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough into a rectangle.

Grease it with the remaining melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.

Roll the dough into a roll.

Cut into bun pieces.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Let the buns bake for 30 minutes (depending on the oven operation). Prepare sour cream filling: beat sour cream with sugar (50g). When the buns become golden brown, take them out and turn off the oven.
