Wheat flour 350 g
Milk 200 ml
Sugar 3 tbsp
Vegetable oil 25 ml
Bananas 1 pc
Fresh yeast 20 g
Salt 0.5 tsp

Prepare the ingredients. To make yeast buns with banana, we will need: flour; sugar; milk; ripe, aromatic large banana; fresh or dry yeast; vegetable oil and salt.

Crumble fresh yeast. If you use dry yeast, you need to use less of it. In this case, about 1 tsp.

Heat the milk to 37-39°C. Add 3 tbsp. l. sugar, salt. Stir until the crystals dissolve.

Peel the banana and mash with a fork until smooth. For greater homogeneity, you can use a blender. Add banana puree and fresh yeast to the milk. Mix everything thoroughly until the yeast is completely dissolved.

Add sunflower oil. Mix everything thoroughly.

Sift the flour and add to the rest of the ingredients.

Knead into a slightly sticky, elastic dough. I kneaded using a kitchen machine using a dough hook attachment. During the process I had to add a little more flour. Cover the dough with a towel and leave warm for 1 hour.

Knead the risen dough and divide into 8 equal pieces. Roll the pieces into even balls.

Line a baking pan with parchment. Place the buns at a short distance from each other.

Cover the pan with a towel and leave the buns to rise for another 20 minutes.

Lubrication. To grease the buns before baking, we need an egg. Beat the egg until smooth.

Using a pastry brush, brush the buns with beaten egg. Then, when baking, the surface of the buns will acquire a golden color.
