Potato 600 g
Sour cream 100 g

How to make meat casserole with potatoes? Prepare everything you need for this. Peel the potatoes and rinse them to remove dirt. You can use sour cream of any fat content. It is necessary in order to make the dish juicier and more tender. I used cherry tomatoes, but you can use any tomatoes. Instead of sour cream, you can use mayonnaise or heavy cream.

For baking, use a glass or ceramic dish. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with vegetable oil. Peel the onion and cut into half rings or a little smaller. Place the chopped onion in the pan, distributing it evenly over the entire surface.

Cut the peeled potatoes into pieces and place on the onion in the pan. Brush the potatoes with sour cream. Sprinkle a little salt and spices.

Cut the pork meat into small pieces.
