For minced meat:

Beef 500 g
Onion 1 pc
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

For potatoes:

Salt to taste
Potato 1 kg
Butter 25 g

For the top:

Sour cream 2 tbsp

For the form:

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

MINTING: Mince the meat and onion, add salt and pepper, mix everything well.

Fry the minced meat in a frying pan with oil. You can add a little water if the minced meat is dry.
