Creamy Salmon Potato Casserole

Tender fish and potatoes baked in cream. Fish casserole with salmon is a versatile dish that contains both fish and a side dish at the same time. Ingredients (7 portions)

For the casserole:

Salt to taste
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Potato 3 pc
Bulb onions 2 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Dry spices to taste
Salmon 450 g

For the sauce:

Wheat flour 1.5 tsp
Parsley to taste
Cream 250 ml

Ingredients.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil until soft.

Cut the salmon fillet into medium pieces.

Cut the peeled potatoes into circles or semi-circles.

Combine potatoes, fish, fried onions. Add salt and spices to taste. You can use spices, I used dried basil. Spray everything with vegetable oil. Mix carefully.

Place the resulting mixture in a baking dish.

For the sauce, dilute the flour in a small amount of cream, add finely chopped herbs, the rest of the cream and mix.

Pour sauce over fish and potatoes. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and drizzle it over the top of the casserole. Cover the form with foil.

Bake in the oven at 190 degrees. 30-35 minutes until ready. Serve the fish casserole hot with vegetable salad.
