Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make ice cream from condensed milk with cream and banana? Very simple and fast. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Cream needs a fat content of 33-35%, suitable for whipping. You can replace boiled condensed milk with regular one. If you take boiled, you can take store-bought or cook at home yourself. Wash the bananas and dry with napkins. They should be soft and ripe.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the washed bananas and break them into small pieces. Take bananas that are soft, not overripe, but not hard and greenish. The skin of bananas should be a rich yellow color without black spots.

Step 3

Step 3
Place bananas and boiled condensed milk in a bowl. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth. There should be no banana pieces in it.

Step 4

Step 4
Pour cold heavy cream into the bowl with the banana mixture. If desired, you can add powdered sugar. I didn’t add it because bananas combined with condensed milk are quite sweet.

Step 5

Step 5
Beat with a mixer until a fluffy, homogeneous mass is obtained. If you wish, you can whip the cream separately, and then gently fold it into the banana mixture with a spatula.

Step 6

Step 6
Pour the resulting mixture into the mold and put it in the freezer for 6-8 hours.

Step 7

Step 7
Place the finished ice cream into bowls. Pour liquid boiled condensed milk or caramel sauce on top, garnish with mint and serve. Bon appetit!
