Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make chocolate cocoa jelly with gelatin? Prepare your food. Milk can be of any fat content; first of all, choose something that is tasty and natural. Also take natural cocoa; a drink like Nesquik will not work. Vary the amount of sugar depending on your taste. Any gelatin will do; I have a fast-acting one.

Step 2

Step 2
Place the gelatin in a bowl and add a small amount of clean cold water. It will take a little, about 50 ml. Stir and leave the gelatin to swell. The time for swelling may vary, depending on the type of gelatin. My fast-acting one takes 5 minutes, others may take 20. Follow the instructions on the package.

Step 3

Step 3
Pour the milk into a saucepan and add a couple of tablespoons of sugar. Place the ladle with milk on low heat. Add the remaining sugar to the cocoa and stir. I also added vanilla sugar.

Step 4

Step 4
Wait for the milk to boil and add cocoa and sugar. Mix with a whisk until smooth. Boil the cocoa for one minute, then remove from heat.

Step 5

Step 5
Immediately add the bloomed gelatin to the hot cocoa. At high temperatures it will begin to melt. Mix the mixture well with a whisk until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Step 6

Step 6
Take small jelly molds. Pour hot cocoa over them, it is better to do this through a strainer so that the jelly becomes completely homogeneous. Cool the mixture slightly on the counter, then put it in the refrigerator to harden completely.

Step 7

Step 7
Serve the jelly to the table, garnished with berries, cookies, nuts, and chocolate. Bon appetit!
