Basic:

Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 1 cup
Wheat flour 1.5 cup
Butter 100 g
Bananas 3 pc
Eggs 2 pc
Chocolate 100 g
Walnuts 50 g
Sour cream 4 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla extract 1 tsp

We prepare all the necessary ingredients.

We leave a small piece of one banana for decoration, and make puree from the rest — I advise you to leave it a little uneven so that the texture is more interesting.

Mix the melted butter with sugar and egg and beat with a whisk until a slight foam appears on top.

Add banana puree, finely chopped chocolate and sour cream.

We also add 1/2 of all the nuts (reserve the rest for decoration) and vanilla extract.

Then sift the flour, add baking powder and salt — mix everything well.

Grease the mold with butter or line it with baking paper and fill it with dough. Decorate with thinly sliced banana and small pieces of nuts. Bake for about 45 minutes at 180°, then turn off the oven and leave it in it with the door ajar for another 5-7 minutes.
