Wheat flour 280 g
Butter 50 g
Milk 250 ml
Eggs 1 pc
Baking powder 10 g
Candied fruit 30 g
Black currant 80 g

The dough is prepared very easily and quickly. Beat the egg into the bowl in which we are going to knead the dough.

Add sugar, but not for whipping. We just need to grind it with an egg — with a fork or spoon, whichever is convenient.
