How to make pies from puff pastry without yeast? Prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. Remove the puff pastry from the freezer in advance and defrost according to the instructions on the package. I recommend using mixed minced meat (pork, beef and chicken). Use Dijon mustard, not spicy.

Peel the onions and rinse with cold water. Chop as finely as possible. If you donʼt like onions, you can skip this step and not add them to the minced meat.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Use any hard cheese, the main thing is that it is of high quality and melts well. You can replace it with unbrined mozzarella, suluguni or Adyghe cheese.
