Oven-Baked Raspberry Yeast Pies

Just like your beloved grandmother! Very tasty, simple and fast! My next recipe with berries. I make raspberry pies very rarely and only in the summer with fresh berries. Frozen raspberries can also be used, but the filling will be too runny. Output: 34 pies
cook time: 2h

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Ingredients. First you need to prepare the yeast dough. Depending on the strength of the yeast, it can take quite a long time to cook or very quickly. In my version, the dough should rise completely within an hour.

Step 2

Step 2
Pour dry yeast with warm water, leave for 10 minutes and stir.

Step 3

Step 3
Heat the milk. Beat the egg into the milk and mix. Add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, melted butter in order, mix.

Step 4

Step 4
Then add the prepared yeast.

Step 5

Step 5
After mixing thoroughly, add the sifted flour until the dough becomes elastic and does not lag behind the walls of our pan.

Step 6

Step 6
Roll the kneaded dough into a ball, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place to rise. The dough should be lowered 3-4 times.

Step 7

Step 7
While the dough is rising, prepare the filling — mix the raspberries with sugar.

Step 8

Step 8
Roll out the finished dough and cut into circles.

Step 9

Step 9
We put the filling in the middle of each circle, fasten the edges of the dough and give our pie the required shape.

Step 10

Step 10
Cover a baking tray with baking paper and place the prepared raspberry pies on it. Each pie must be brushed with beaten egg.

Step 11

Step 11
Raspberry pies are baked in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 12

Step 12
Raspberry pies are ready! Enjoy your tea party everyone!
