These pies came in very handy — there was boiled chicken and cooked rice in the refrigerator, and a package of yeast dough in the freezer. A little effort — and delicious yeast pies are ready! Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Necessary ingredients: rice and chicken, I repeat, were boiled in advance, and the dough was defrosted at room temperature

Step 2

Step 2
I boiled the rice in advance in salted water (the ratio of rice to water is 1:3 cups)

Step 3

Step 3
I then rinsed the rice in cold water to keep it fluffy.

Step 4

Step 4
I finely chopped the onion and also fried it in preheated vegetable oil until golden brown.

Step 5

Step 5
Grind the boiled chicken in any convenient way

Step 6

Step 6
I did this using a blender

Step 7

Step 7
Add shredded chicken, fried onions, chopped herbs to the rice — I used parsley today, but you can use any other

Step 8

Step 8
Salt, pepper and mix well. The filling is ready!

Step 9

Step 9
I bought ready-made yeast dough in the form of ready-made balls — it’s very convenient to work with, you just need to divide it into 2 parts

Step 10

Step 10
Mash both parts into a flat cake

Step 11

Step 11
Or just roll it out thinly with a rolling pin

Step 12

Step 12
Place the filling on top. It must be said that a lot of such filling fits into one pie, and due to the fact that the dough is from the refrigerator, it is much easier to work with

Step 13

Step 13
Seal the edges and place each pie seam side down.

Step 14

Step 14

But today I wanted to fry them in a frying pan for my husband.

Step 15

Step 15
Fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown

Step 16

Step 16
Turn over and fry on the other side

Step 17

Step 17
We got such beautiful ruddy pies
