Dough:

Wheat flour 500 g
Salt 1 tsp
Water 1.75 cup
Chicken eggs 1 pc

Filling:

Salt to taste
Minced meat 600 g
Potato 4 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Ground black pepper to taste

Sunflower oil 100 g

Sift flour into a bowl. Add salt and egg.

For the filling, mix minced meat, finely chopped onion, coarsely grated potatoes, salt and pepper.

Divide the dough into 8 parts — 4 identical larger ones and 4 identical smaller ones. First roll out 4 large ones and stack them one on top of the other, spreading them with sunflower oil. If desired, trim the edge evenly.
