Water 70 ml
Vegetable oil 60 ml
Soda 0.25 tsp
Rye flour 0.5 cup
Whole wheat flour 0.5 cup
Bran 1.5 tbsp

For filling:

Apples 2 pc
Honey 1 tbsp
Walnuts 35 g
Ground cinnamon to taste
