Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Olive oil 20 g
Salt to taste
Potato 300 g
Dry spices to taste
bell pepper 0.5 pc
Chicken 600 g
Cherry tomatoes 120 g

How to make chicken with tomatoes in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any part of the chicken for cooking. these can be drumsticks, thighs or fillets. Or you can take a whole chicken and chop it into pieces. You can take cherry tomatoes or regular large ones and just chop them. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them to remove dirt.

For cooking I will use chicken thighs. They are quite large for me, so I divided each thigh in half. Chicken pieces can be any size. Sprinkle chicken with salt and spices. Rub the spices into the meat and leave to sit for a while.

Cut the peeled potatoes and bell peppers into large pieces.

For baking, you can take any heat-resistant form, grease the bottom and sides with olive oil. The article at the end of the recipe will help you choose the form. Place the prepared chicken pieces in the pan and place the chopped potatoes in between. Salt it a little. Brush the surface of the chicken and potatoes with olive oil. This is necessary so that they do not dry out during baking.

Place chopped bell peppers and whole cherry tomatoes on top. Cover the pan with foil and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
