Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a pot roast in the oven with meat? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any type of meat for cooking. It could be lamb, chicken, beef or, like mine, pork. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them to remove dirt.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the pork into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add mustard, salt and spices. Mix everything and leave to stand for 30-60 minutes to marinate the meat.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the onions and carrots and rinse. Cut the carrots into small cubes. Finely chop the onion. And cut the potatoes into small pieces.

Step 4

Step 4
Fry the meat over high heat until it changes color. This is necessary so that when baking the pieces of meat do not stick together.

Step 5

Step 5
Place the fried meat in prepared ceramic pots.

Step 6

Step 6
Wash the champignons, dry and cut into 2-4 pieces. Place the mushrooms in the pots.

Step 7

Step 7
Arrange the chopped vegetables — potatoes, onions and carrots. Add some salt.

Step 8

Step 8
Place sour cream on top. Pass the garlic through a press directly into the pot. You can add some chopped herbs. There is no need to fill the pots all the way to the top. If desired, you can add a little water to each pot. Cover the pots with lids and place in a cold oven. Turn it on 180 degrees, wait for it to heat up and cook the dish for 1 hour.

Step 9

Step 9
Then turn off the oven, open the door slightly and leave to stand for another 15 minutes. The pot roast is ready! Can be served immediately in pots or placed on a plate. Bon appetit!
