Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 3 clove
Salt to taste
Butter 75 g
Sour cream (thick) 2 tbsp
Parsley 20 g
Dry spices to taste
Parmesan 75 g
New potatoes (large, flat shape) 800 g

Set of products. Instead of Parmesan, you can use any hard cheese, but it tastes best with it.

Peel the potatoes if necessary, put them in salted boiling water and cook over moderate heat for 20-25 minutes.

While the potatoes are cooking, make the spread. Three cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the garlic or pass it through a press.

Mix cheese and garlic with softened butter, chopped parsley and spices.

Add sour cream, mix. Adjust the salt. Because Parmesan is quite salty, you need to add salt carefully.

The potatoes are cooked. Cool it until warm.

Cut in half and place on a baking sheet. Spread the aromatic mixture on top of each half.
