Tomatoes 1 pc
Salt to taste
Oregano (dried) to taste
Potato 3 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
Mayonnaise (regular or lean) 50 g
bell pepper 1 pc
Dill to taste
Basil (dried) 0.5 tsp
Soy sauce 40 ml
Soy meat 150 g

How to make soy meat in the oven? First, prepare the necessary products. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream, or make homemade mayonnaise. You can take your favorite spices and seasonings. When adding soy sauce to a dish, it is worth considering that it has a fairly salty taste. Reduce the total amount of salt, otherwise you risk oversalting.

Pre-soak the soy meat in cold water for 10-20 minutes.

Drain the water and lightly squeeze the soy meat, then add mayonnaise and soy sauce, mix everything well.

Wash and peel all the vegetables thoroughly, chop the onion into feathers, chop the garlic under a press, cut everything else into medium pieces.

In a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil, first fry the carrots and onions.
