Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Butter 30 g
Potato 250 g
Chicken breasts (or meat from thighs) 300 g
Carrot 1 pc
Champignon 300 g
Dry spices (for chicken) 1 tsp

How to make chicken with mushrooms and potatoes in a pot? Measure out all the necessary ingredients. Champignons can be replaced with other mushrooms according to your taste. If you have young potatoes, then after cleaning them from dust and washing them, you don’t have to cut off the skins.

Wash the chicken meat, dry it and cut into small pieces.

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes.
