Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to decorate a beer plate at home? It will include some simple and affordable snacks. First of all, prepare the necessary ingredients for making garlic croutons. For this appetizer you only need bread, not necessarily even fresh, a little stale one will do. Choose bread to your taste, you can take either wheat or rye.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the bread into cubes or strips. Place the sliced bread in a bowl, add the pressed garlic, salt and hot pepper to taste, some freshly ground coriander and sweet paprika. Mix the bread and spices well to coat with the dressing.

Step 3

Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Read about how to choose the perfect frying pan and vegetable oil in separate articles using the links at the end of the recipe. Place the sliced bread in the butter and fry it until golden brown on all sides, stirring with a spatula or spoon. Place croutons on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Step 4

Step 4
The second snack will be crackers. Unlike croutons, they are not fried in a frying pan, but dried in the oven. You can use any spices to your taste. Any bread will also work. Place the spices in a bowl and add the oil. Place the sliced bread in a bowl and mix with the spices and oil. Place the crackers on a baking sheet (you can cover it with parchment) and dry them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Step 5

Step 5
Now prepare the required ingredients for the potato chips. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into thin slices. Dry the potato slices on a paper towel.

Step 6

Step 6
Place the chopped potatoes in a bowl, add salt, red pepper, sweet paprika, pour in vegetable oil, and stir. Leave for a couple of minutes to allow the potatoes to absorb the spices.

Step 7

Step 7
Cover a baking sheet with parchment. For information on how to choose the right parchment, read the article at the link at the end of the recipe. Place the potatoes on parchment and place them in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 15 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven. Read more about this in a separate article at the link at the end of the recipe. Remove the chips from the oven and immediately remove from the baking sheet. You can prepare the chips by deep frying them.

Step 8

Step 8
Prepare all the necessary ingredients to prepare the salted roasted almond snack.

Step 9

Step 9
Rinse the nuts well with water. To remove the skin, you need to keep the almonds in boiling water for a while, but you can leave the nuts with the skin on. It does not spoil the taste, but the cooking time is reduced.

Step 10

Step 10
Place the nuts in a dry frying pan and toast them over medium heat. Then pour vegetable oil into the pan, add salt and hot pepper. Stir and fry the nuts until golden brown.

Step 11

Step 11
Place the prepared snacks on a platter and serve with beer. Bon appetit!
