Minced Meat and Potato Hanuma

I probably don’t know people who don’t like dumplings and manti. So you can imagine that this is a “big manta ray”. It’s probably unnecessary to say how delicious it is. This interesting dish is made with different fillings. I will cook with potatoes and minced meat. You can serve it with sour cream, you can’t go wrong.

Wheat flour 450 g
Water 200 ml
Pepper to taste
Eggs 1 pc
Potato 3 pc
Bulb onions 2 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Minced meat 600 g

How to make khanuma with minced meat and potatoes? Prepare the dough. Add salt, warm water and vegetable oil to the egg.

Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.

While you prepare the filling, place the dough in a plastic bag and let it rest for 30-40 minutes.

Finely chop the meat for the filling. You can take ready-made minced meat or pass the meat through a meat grinder.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes and add to the meat.
