First of all, prepare the necessary products and spices for preparing zucchini soup without adding potatoes.

To prepare vegetable puree soup, take a suitable pan and pour three tablespoons of vegetable oil into it, then place one large onion, previously finely chopped, into the pan.

Take a large grater and grate half a medium carrot into a plate, which you then place in a pan with onions, then place the pan on the stove and fry the vegetables at medium temperature until the onions are transparent.

Cut one kilogram of zucchini into arbitrary medium pieces and place in a common pan, then mix the vegetables together and heat the zucchini for five to seven minutes on medium stove temperature.
