Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make solyanka from cabbage with sausages in a slow cooker? Prepare the ingredients necessary for making hodgepodge with sausages. The most important: white cabbage and sausages. You can improve the taste of the dish by adding carrots and onions, tomatoes or tomato paste to the ingredients.

Step 2

Step 2
Finely chop the white cabbage. Of course, the dish will turn out tastier if you use young, juicy cabbage, but even when vegetables are not in season, you can find a good tight head of fresh cabbage in the store.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the onion and finely chop.

Step 4

Step 4
Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a coarse grater.

Step 5

Step 5
Pour a little odorless vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, turn on the “frying” program, when the oil warms up, add chopped onions and grated carrots, fry the vegetables until translucent. Then add tomato paste or tomatoes in their own juice. Fry for another 10 minutes.

Step 6

Step 6
Add the cabbage, fill with water so that the water reaches half of the contents, add salt and ground black pepper. Turn on the multicooker to the “stew” program for 1.5 hours. After an hour of stewing, open the lid of the multicooker and stir the contents with a wooden spatula.

Step 7

Step 7
You can take any sausages you like; some prefer smoked-flavored ones; to get a more neutral taste, you can take milk sausages. Cut them into circles 0.5 cm thick. Then add sausages to the multicooker bowl with the vegetables, mix everything. The water in the multicooker bowl should be reduced by half. Close the lid again and simmer until the end of the program until you hear a beep indicating the dish is ready.

Step 8

Step 8
Serve the dish hot; you can add sour cream or mayonnaise or herbs to taste. Bon appetit!
