Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Tomatoes 1 pc
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Pepper to taste
Eggs (boiled) 1 pc
Potato (boiled "in its uniform") 6 pc
Hard cheese 100 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Champignon 200 g
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Fish fillet 500 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Cut the onion into half rings, cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in oil. Salt and pepper. Place half in the center of a buttered round baking dish.

Cut the fish into pieces, add salt, sprinkle with juice, and fry in a frying pan after 10 minutes. Place on mushrooms and onions. Salt and pepper.

Cut the potatoes into slices and place them in a circle. Place the tomato and egg cut into slices on the fish in a circle, alternating them with each other.

Place the remaining mushrooms on the potatoes and in the center of the circle of tomatoes and eggs.

Grease everything with mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese.
